About Ian Amaranto

Ian Amaranto is a Philippine-born American entrepreneur and philanthropist who resides in Las Vegas, Nevada. For the past twenty two years, he has been serving the Las Vegas community in various capacities. Ian has launched this new project a "SoleImpact" to contribute to his passion which is helping the underserved community specifically stray dogs and the elderly. He was involved in various community organizations like the Las Vegas Spring Valley Lions Club, Knight of Columbus, Fraternal Order of Eagles, Ilocano-American Association of Nevada, American Vietnamese Chamber of Commerce and the Rising Asian Pacific Americans Coalition for Diversity. His past includes a short stint as a news man at the V Asian Global TV as well as a Field Correspondent for Philippine Times Newspaper. He loves animals and is an avid cynophilist. He also finds time to be part of C.A.T.S., the animal support group which feeds and takes care of hapless animals in and around Las Vegas. He also finds time to volunteer at the Las Vegas Rescue Mission as well as Three Square food bank. When asked ‘What drives him?’ he said ‘The best way to predict the future is, create one!’ He envisions a better future for the world around him and his optimism is contagious.
